Central America

In the slums as well as in remote areas of Central America, children and young people suffer as a result of widespread poverty and violence.

CSI works with local partners to make a difference. (For security reasons, we do not name all of these countries in this region where we are active.)

CSI priorities

  • Provision of a daily lunch and care for children in slums
  • Provision of school materials and school uniforms
  • Boarding schools for girls providing psychological care
  • Distribution of food and medicines to people in need
  • Working to end domestic violence
